Laiyi Yin

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Accounting at Yale School of Management.

I received a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) in Economics and Accounting from McGill University. I was a Pre-Doctoral Research Associate at Yale School of Management and previously interned at KPMG and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.

In my research, I examine how regulated disclosure of negative information influences corporate behavior.
